Looking a lot like winter in the LAI olive grove, should we worry?

Yesterday's snow dressed the LAI olive grove in white!

Olive trees are quite strong and can survive as low temperatures as 0° Celsius.


In general they need 2 months of cool and dry winter, which aid their fruit production. Cold becomes problematic only when frost stays on their leaves.


Below you see a picture of our trees withstanding the cold.
